Combat Rosary Creed
This is my Combat Rosary. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
My Combat Rosary is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.
Without faith in God and the power of Our Lady’s intercession, my Combat Rosary is useless. Without my Combat Rosary and my faith in God, I am useless. I must pray my Combat Rosary with belief. I must believe God’s supernatural power is greater than the enemy who is trying to destroy me.
My Combat Rosary and I know that what counts in spiritual warfare is not the number of beads I pray, the volume of my voice, or the piety of my actions. We know that it is my faith, Our Lady’s intercession and God’s power that counts. God is faithful! (1 Cor. 1:9).
My Combat Rosary is powerful, even as I am powerful, because of my faith and trust in Mother Mary’s intercession. Thus, I will learn it as a brother. I will learn its promises, its power, and its purposes in God’s plan. I will keep my Combat Rosary close and ready, even as I keep Our Lady and Our Lord close to my heart. We will become part of each other.
Before God I swear this creed. My Combat Rosary and I are the defenders of the faith. We are the masters of our enemy. We are the warriors of Our Lady.
So be it, until there is no enemy, but peace! Amen.
